    Toasted Reuben Sandwich
    Story goes that this one was created in the Blackstone Hotel in Omaha, Nebraska so it is only fitting that The Continental Hotel carries on the tradition. Freshly sliced corned beef piled high on thick toasted marbled rye bread, special sauce, melted Swiss and topped with an abundance of sauerkraut. Served with lettuce and a crunchy pickle spear.
    French Dip Hoagie
    Tender roast beef thinly shaved then stuffed in a toasted hoagie roll. Served with a side of steaming au jus for dipping.
    Breaded Fish Fillet
    We start with a thick fillet of cod, breaded to be extra crunchy then fry it to a golden crisp. Tartar sauce on the side, along with lettuce and a crunchy pickle spear. Served on a toasted hoagie roll.

    Our enduring truth-people from Iowa love their beef. We take Certified Black Angus beef, dry it gently to get that rich crust as it is cooked over a flaming grill to your specifications.

    Tuesday…Louie’s BBQ Ribs
    Our version of a long-time Centerville tradition! We start with a house blend of special seasonings rubbed on the marinate. They are then slow cooked to be fork tender. Served with baked potato and homestyle coleslaw. All you can eat!
    Wednesday…Exline Country Store Fried Chicken
    Golden fried chicken served with smashed potatoes and thick country gravy plus a side of green beans with bacon.
    Thursday…Homemade Ham and Beans
    It’s back by request! Served with sweet corn muffins. This is all you can eat!
    Friday…Fried Whole Catfish
    This is the whole catfish, hand-breaded to order and fried to a golden brown. Served tail up on a platter alongside hushpuppies, our crispy fries and home-style cole slaw.
